Shipping

We use USPS and/or UPS Ground Shipping to ensure timely and secure package delivery. Unfortunately, Hon's Honey has no control over shipping procedures once your package enters their systems. You can track your package with the tracking number in your "Order Fulfillment" email.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with an item, you can send it back to us for a full refund within seven days of receiving the item. Please email info@honshoney.com with your proof of purchase, and reason for return. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
