Hon’s Honey is a workforce development program of The Well. Before being employed at Hon’s Honey, women commit to a holistic healing process offered through the COR Life Development program, along with trauma-informed care and workshops focused on building community.
Employed women take pride in the work of their hands, develop a wide range of skills, manage financial independence, and provide for their families. Through a community of support and encouragement, she finds restoration, healing and discovery of purpose.

“Each year around Christmas, we allow our employees to go to the Hon’s Honey website and choose their own gifts. It’s like Christmas Day when the packages arrive. All of our employees are grateful to support an awesome organization while receiving amazing and fun products that they can use at home.
